We had to find the derivative and as we all did the "super hard" questions... we realized that the derivative to all 3 functions was x

^{2}.

After that we tried another question.

We came up with 1/2(x

^{2}) and soon realized that we can add any constant to the parent function and the derivative will still turn out to be x.

Next we came up with a general rule on how to do this for all power functions. And this is what we came up with.

For the rest of the class we did some practice and looking at examples of visual calculus. So that sums up todays class! ..
